Job Description

You are being hired as a Senior Software Engineering Consultant to lead the software development mentoring team. Your responsibilities will include supervising the software consultant team to ensure delivery quality, designing and updating training materials for DSA, OOP, and system design, conducting advanced mock interviews and capstone project reviews, guiding resume building and GitHub profile enhancement, monitoring team KPIs and candidate performance, and collaborating with leadership to improve placement strategy.Key Responsibilities:- Supervise software consultant team and ensure delivery quality- Design and update training materials for DSA, OOP, and system design- Conduct advanced mock interviews and capstone project reviews- Guide resume building and GitHub profile enhancement- Monitor team KPIs and candidate performance- Collaborate with leadership to improve placement strategyQualifications Required:- 2-3 years of qualified software engineering experience- Mastery in one or more programming languages (Java, Python, etc.)- Proven experience mentoring or leading technical teams- Excellent in technical problem-solving and communicationPlease note: You are required to have 2-4 years of experience, be comfortable with night shifts (7 pm to 5 am IST), and willing to work from the office at Gota, Ahmedabad.
