Job Description

    As a Senior Specialist in Customer Service at Mercer, you will be a key member of the Operations team based in Noida. This hybrid role requires you to work at least three days a week in the office. Your responsibilities will include advising on Mercer products and services, preparing calculations, pricing, and membership contracts, as well as responding to internal client queries and providing sales support to consultants.
