You will be responsible for the following tasks as a Social Media Specialist:Role Overview:As a Social Media Specialist, you will be focusing on YouTube Growth & Niche Strategy, AI Content Engineering & Prompt Production, and Process & Scale. Your main responsibilities will include researching YouTube niches, studying top channels, creating structured prompts for AI video tools, running A/B tests, creating SOPs, and suggesting automation for content creation.Key Responsibilities:- Research trending and evergreen YouTube niches using tools like TubeLab, NexLev, and other tools.- Study top channels and videos to understand hooks, thumbnails, and viewer retention.- Find content gaps and new opportunities in different niches.- Plan video ideas, titles, thumbnails, and structure for YouTube optimization.- Track channel analytics and test new content formats.- Stay updated with YouTube algorithm changes and platform trends.- Write structured prompts for AI video tools like Veo, Runway, Sora and others.- Create image prompts for thumbnails using Midjourney, Flux, and others.- Use tools like Groq, Claude, and ChatGPT to generate and refine prompts.- Run A/B tests by changing scenes, camera angles, lighting, and style.- Document prompts, results, and improvements.- Maintain a categorized prompt library.- Aim for prompts that need little or no manual editing.- Create SOPs for AI video production workflows.- Build reusable prompt templates and frameworks.- Suggest automation to speed up content creation.- Document best practices to help scale the system.Qualifications Required:- Available for full-time (in-office) internship in Bangalore.- Can start the internship between 9th Mar26 and 13th Apr26.- Available for a duration of 3 months.- Relevant skills and interests in Social Media Marketing, Content Writing, and Digital Marketing.About Company:REALBRIDGE is a digital marketing and development agency based in Bangalore, India.
