In this role, you will be a seasoned member of an agile team responsible for designing and delivering trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable manner. Your key responsibilities will include:- Executing software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with an ability to think beyond routine approaches- Creating secure and high-quality production code and maintaining algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems- Producing architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and ensuring design constraints are met by software code development- Gathering, analyzing, synthesizing, and developing visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets- Proactively identifying hidden problems and patterns in data to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture- Contributing to software engineering communities of practice and events that explore new technologies- Adding to the team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respectTo be considered for this opportunity, you must possess the following qualifications, capabilities, and skills:- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and a minimum of 3 years of applied experience in Java, AWS, Kafka, Spring Boot, Terraform- Hands-on practical experience in delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability- Proficiency in programming languages like Java, SQL, and React.js, and understanding of software development best practices- Hands-on experience in RDBMS, such as Oracle or PostgresSQL, and proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods- Experience with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, KMS, ECS, EKS, S3, EMR, Athena, SQS, EventBridge, PostgresSQL, and Kafka- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure provisioning tools like Terraform and Cloud Formation- Advanced understanding of agile methodologies, CI/CD, application resiliency, and security- In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and IT systemsAdditionally, preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills include:- Familiarity with modern front-end technologies and exposure to cloud technologies- Proficiency in general-purpose programming languages like Core Java, Spring frameworks, REST API, Cloud, Microservices, AngularJS, Bootstrap, and ReactIf you are ready for a new challenge and an opportunity to advance your career, apply today by following these steps:1.
