Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Technology Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technology team, interviewing and selecting team members, motivating and inspiring the team, and driving retention and employee engagement. You will provide constant feedback to software engineers, prepare individual development plans, and ensure team readiness for succession or new seniority positions. Additionally, you will prioritize initiatives focused on metrics such as reliability, code quality, technical debts, and bugs. It will be your responsibility to define quality strategy and techniques like BDD, TDD, FDD, and test automation. You will oversee delivery flow processes and controls throughout different phases and ensure organizational systems stability, performance, and maintenance. Efficiency of the teams through metrics like availability, cloud cost, throughput, and lead time will also be under your supervision.
