Software Engineering - React & Node - Associate

Job Description

As a software engineer at PwC, you will focus on developing cutting-edge software solutions and driving product innovation to meet the evolving needs of clients. Your role will involve combining technical experience with creative thinking to deliver innovative software products and solutions that enhance business performance and drive digital transformation.**Key Responsibilities:**- Strong experience in Javascript, HTML, and CSS.- Solid understanding of React fundamentals including components, props, state, lifecycle methods, and hooks.- Familiarity with modern ES6 JavaScript syntax and features.- Experience with state management libraries like Redux, Context API, or MobX.- Knowledge of React Router for building Single Page Applications (SPAs).- Ability to write clean and reusable components.- Experience with build tools such as Webpack, Babel, or similar.- Basic knowledge of CSS frameworks like Tailwind, Bootstrap, or Material-UI.- Familiarity with unit testing using Jest, React Testing Library, or Mocha.- Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and basic CRUD operations using Node.js.- Experience with the Express.js framework for creating server-side applications.- Basic understanding of middleware and request/response lifecycle.- Familiarity with asynchronous programming using Promises and async/await.- Hands-on experience working with databases (SQL, NoSQL, or similar).- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.- Experience with version control using Git.- Familiarity with Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.- Exposure to CI/CD tools and deployment workflows.- Some knowledge of cloud services like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.- Willingness to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the Angular, Java, and Cloud ecosystems.**Qualifications Required:**- Strong experience in React, Node.js, and related technologies.- Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and working with databases.- Familiarity with various JavaScript libraries and frameworks.- Experience with version control systems, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD tools.- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.In addition to the technical skills, you should be willing to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the industry to ensure that you are always at the forefront of innovation.
