For our peopleKyndrylsthat means doing purposeful work that powers human progress.Join us and experience a flexible, supportive environment where your well-being is prioritized and your potential can thrive.The RoleKey Responsibilities:Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations across HR and enterprise systems.Build and maintain integrations between Workday and platforms including Payroll, Benefits, IAM, Recruiting, Learning, and third-party applications.Partner with HR, Payroll, Security, IT teams, and vendors to gather requirements and deliver effective integration solutions.Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and support production incident resolution.Ensure data accuracy, security, compliance, and operational stability across employee lifecycle processes.Support Workday releases, regulatory changes, system enhancements, and business process improvements.Develop and maintain technical documentation, testing artifacts, and support procedures.Drive continuous improvements in integration reliability, monitoring, automation, and operational efficiency.Collaborate with engineers, architects, and administrators to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality HR technology solutions.Your Future at KyndrylEvery position at Kyndryl offers a way forward to grow your career. And finally, youre open and borderless naturally inclusive in how you work with others.Required Technical and Professional Expertise: Experience supporting, developing, and maintaining enterprise integrations, preferably with Workday as a system of record.Hands-on experience with Workday integration technologies (e.g., Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, APIs, Workday Web Services).Understanding of Hire-to-Retire business processes, including worker lifecycle events, payroll, benefits, and compensation data flows.Experience integrating Workday or other SaaS applications with downstream systems such as payroll providers, benefits vendors, identity and access management platforms, or third-party service providers.Experience supporting production operations, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and issue remediation.Working knowledge of integration technologies and data formats including XML, JSON, REST, SOAP, and file-based integrations.Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in a cross-functional enterprise environment.Preferred Technical and Professional Experience: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Experience supporting Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Learning, Time Tracking, or Absence integrations.Experience supporting global or multi-country HRIS integrations.Familiarity with HR data privacy, security, and audit requirements related to employee data.Workday Integration Certification or willingness to obtain certification.Experience working with SaaS vendors and external integration partners.Experience participating in system implementations, enhancements, or enterprise HR technology projects.And/or Master Certified Technical Specialist.Being You The Kyn in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
