As a highly experienced Solution Architect specializing in AI for Software Engineering and Coding Automation, your role will involve supporting enterprise customers in adopting AI-enabled software development practices. You will collaborate with sales teams, customer stakeholders, delivery teams, and engineering leadership to design solutions that enhance developer productivity, code quality, application modernization, testing automation, DevOps efficiency, and overall software delivery performance. Your responsibilities will include leading discovery sessions, solution workshops, technical presentations, demos, proposal responses, and architecture discussions.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Solution Architecture and AI-Enabled Engineering:** - Design AI-enabled software engineering solutions using modern AI coding and GenAI platforms. - Advise customers on utilizing AI throughout the software development lifecycle for various purposes such as requirements analysis, code generation, testing automation, and more. - Define secure, scalable architecture patterns for AI coding assistants adoption. - Support application modernization initiatives using AI-assisted refactoring, migration, and automated testing. - Identify opportunities to enhance developer productivity, code quality, and engineering efficiency. - Create reusable solution assets, reference architectures, and implementation playbooks.- **Presales and Customer Engagement:** - Lead customer-facing discovery sessions, technical workshops, solution presentations, and demos. - Collaborate with sales teams to qualify opportunities and shape AI/software engineering transformation proposals. - Translate customer challenges into solution approaches and value propositions. - Create technical proposals, solution decks, proof-of-concept plans, and implementation roadmaps. - Present AI productivity benefits, delivery approaches, and ROI to senior customer stakeholders. - Partner with delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are practical and scalable.- **Delivery Advisory and Governance:** - Define best practices for responsible AI adoption in software engineering teams. - Establish guidelines for code security, data privacy, governance, compliance, and enterprise AI usage. - Support pilot programs and scale successful AI adoption across customer engineering teams. - Provide guidance on developer adoption, change management, training, and productivity measurement. - Define metrics to measure AI impact on developer productivity, defect reduction, and engineering quality.**Required Skills and Experience:**- 10 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, enterprise application development, or technology consulting.- Mandatory presales experience in IT services, software engineering, cloud, digital transformation, application modernization, or AI solutions.- Strong understanding of Agile delivery, DevOps, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices.- Hands-on knowledge of AI coding and GenAI tools.- Strong background in technology stacks such as Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript, Cloud-native applications.- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.- Proficiency in creating architecture diagrams, technical proposals, solution documents, and implementation roadmaps.- Excellent communication, presentation, customer stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
