    Role Overview:Media.net is seeking analytical and creative individuals to join their team in conceptualizing and executing innovative solutions at the intersection of technology, user experience, and monetization. As a part of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing impactful Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, collaborating with various departments to drive product growth, and optimizing monetization efforts. Your role will involve market research, product positioning, user segmentation, and performance management to ensure the success of the products/projects assigned to you. Additionally, you will play a key role in driving customer engagement, satisfaction, and growth through experimentation, iteration, and cross-pollination opportunities.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies- Conduct target market and competitive research- Conceptualize product positioning and features- Manage product launches effectively- Create content and messaging strategies- Identify targeted marketing strategies based on user segmentation- Define KPIs, goals, and measure progress- Monitor customer engagement and satisfaction indicators- Drive product adoption and growth through customer onboarding and engagement strategies- Implement iterative testing and product improvisation- Optimize consumer journey and re-engagement strategies- Identify and leverage cross-pollination opportunities- Take ownership of team performance management- Monitor team performance, set goals, and define processes- Mentor and train team members effectively- Drive monetization strategy with a customer-centric approach- Identify and optimize revenue sources- Maximize user lifetime value (LTV) through data-driven practices- Analyze ROI and manage changes for maximizing profitabilityQualifications Required:- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, product management, or online customer success in a technology company or startup- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills- Passion for technology and ability to identify opportunities in a dynamic landscape- Strong analytical skills for solving user problems iteratively with data- Willingness to travel to global offices and industry shows- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity- Customer-first approach with a curiosity to understand and improve user needs- Quick thinking and ability to derive actionable insights- Excellent communication skills for leading and managing relationships across organizational boundaries and with vendors Role Overview:Media.net is seeking analytical and creative individuals to join their team in conceptualizing and executing innovative solutions at the intersection of technology, user experience, and monetization.
