Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Senior HR Executive / HR Manager focusing on Payroll & Compliance, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions within the factory unit. Your primary duties will include managing payroll processing, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and enhancing employee engagement to support a positive work environment.Key Responsibilities:- Payroll Management: - Accurately prepare and process monthly payroll for factory employees. - Maintain records of payroll, attendance, overtime, and leave. - Ensure compliance with statutory deductions such as PF, ESI, PT, and TDS. - Address and resolve any payroll-related queries or discrepancies promptly.- Statutory Compliance & HR Policies: - Ensure adherence to labor laws including Factories Act, Shops & Establishment Act, Payment of Wages Act, EPF & ESI regulations, and other local laws. - Maintain employee records as per legal requirements. - Support HR and payroll audits, both internal and external. - Update and enforce HR policies in alignment with legal and company standards.- Recruitment & Onboarding: - Coordinate recruitment activities and manage hiring for factory workforce. - Conduct interviews, selection processes, and onboarding for staff. - Maintain records for manpower planning and succession.- Employee Relations & Engagement: - Address employee grievances and facilitate dispute resolution. - Organize engagement initiatives and welfare programs for factory employees. - Foster a positive work culture and ensure adherence to company policies.- Performance & Training: - Support performance appraisal processes for factory staff. - Identify training needs and coordinate skill development, safety, and compliance programs.Qualification Required:- Bachelors degree in HR, Commerce, or a related field.- 58 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing/factory setting.- Demonstrated expertise in payroll management and statutory compliance.Additional Company Details:The company offers a monthly salary range of 40,000.00 - 65,000.00 along with Provident Fund benefits.
