Sr. Partner Operations Manager, Prime Video

You will be joining Prime Video as a Sr. Partner Operations Manager in India. Prime Video is a global premium streaming service available in over 240 countries and territories worldwide. As part of the Partner Operations Management (POM) team, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strategic partnerships with third-party studios, content distributors, and fulfillment vendors in India.**Role Overview:**- Serve as the primary relationship owner for partners in India- Engage studio executives to influence their supply chain investments and delivery workflows- Be the voice of the partner within Prime Video to ensure partner success and customer benefit- Own the end-to-end partner experience by driving timely delivery of source materials, identifying improvement opportunities, and managing partner relationships**Key Responsibilities:**- Build trusted relationships with studio partners in India to influence delivery capabilities and content quality- Conduct trend analysis on partner performance against KPI targets- Lead partner business reviews and manage complex escalations- Drive partner adoption of delivery best practices and new platform capabilities- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction through data analysis- Mentor team members and help develop talent across the organization**Qualifications Required:**- BS degree or Bachelors degree- 7 years of account management, project or program management, or buying experience- Experience communicating results to senior leadership and managing programs across cross-functional teams- Strong negotiation skills and ability to work proactively and independently- MBA or Masters degree (preferred)- Knowledge of digital video landscape and experience in entertainment or media industries (preferred)If you are passionate about building the future of streaming entertainment and have a strong background in partner management, this role at Prime Video could be a perfect fit for you.
