    At SolarSquare Energy, we are on a mission to build the Home-Energy brand of future India by helping homes switch to rooftop solar and move away from traditional coal electricity. We are the leading residential solar brand in India, focusing on quality, customer service, and innovation to simplify the process of switching to solar. As a Team Lead - Inside Sales, your role will involve managing a group of inside sales executives to ensure they meet their daily and monthly targets. You will play a crucial role in driving execution, mentoring team members, and acting as a bridge between managers and the sales team.Key Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of inside sales executives to achieve individual and team KPIs.- Oversee daily lead qualification, call volumes, and meeting scheduling activities.- Monitor performance metrics and ensure adherence to quality standards.- Conduct regular coaching sessions to enhance sales techniques and objection handling.- Collaborate with the manager to identify process inefficiencies and implement necessary changes.Qualifications:- 3 years of experience in inside sales with proven team leadership skills.- Strong communication, organization, and time management abilities.- Proficiency in using CRMs and familiarity with data-driven sales processes.
