Job Description

    As a trusted HR Business Partner for technology and product teams, your role is crucial in enabling business growth through people strategies. You will collaborate with engineering and product leadership to design workforce plans, talent acquisition strategies, and succession planning aligned with the tech roadmap. Your responsibilities will include driving initiatives that foster innovation, agility, and collaboration within tech teams to ensure high engagement and retention.Your role will also involve implementing performance management frameworks suited for tech roles and partnering on capability-building programs such as upskilling in emerging technologies. You will be expected to build and leverage HR analytics dashboards to provide actionable insights on attrition, diversity, and productivity within tech functions.Supporting org structure optimization for scaling product and engineering teams, including role architecture and career frameworks, will be part of your responsibilities. You will lead HR interventions during product pivots, tech transformations, and agile adoption.Handling sensitive employee matters with discretion, ensuring compliance and alignment with organizational values, is also a key aspect of this role. Preferred experience includes prior HRBP experience in technology/product organizations or partnering with engineering/product teams.Qualifications required for this role include:- Prior experience as an HRBP in technology/product organizations or partnering with engineering/product teams.- Strong understanding of workforce planning, talent acquisition strategies, and succession planning.- Ability to drive initiatives that foster innovation, agility, and collaboration within tech teams.- Proficiency in implementing performance management frameworks and capability-building programs.- Experience in utilizing HR analytics to provide actionable insights on attrition, diversity, and productivity within tech functions.- Knowledge of organization design and change management principles.If there are any additional details about the company in the job description, please provide them.
