    As a Telecaller / Customer Service Representative at Vaakruthi Software Solutions Pvt Ltd, Ameerpet, you will be responsible for the following:Role Overview:You will be handling customer queries efficiently and providing appropriate solutions. Additionally, you will be making outbound calls to customers, managing inbound inquiries, and ensuring a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions. Your contribution towards achieving assigned targets and team performance will be crucial.Key Responsibilities:- Handle customer queries and provide solutions efficiently.- Make outbound calls to customers and manage inbound inquiries.- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while communicating with customers.- Achieve assigned targets and contribute to team performance.Qualification Required:- Gender: Female candidates only.- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.- Joining: Immediate joining is mandatory.Please note that this is a full-time position with day shift timings. Work will be conducted from the office at the specified location.
