Job Description

    Role Overview:Mott MacDonald, a global engineering, management, and development consultancy, is seeking an experienced marketing professional to support marketing activity across the South Asia business unit. By joining Mott MacDonald, you will have the opportunity to shape your story and be part of a community of global experts who champion excellence.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain the annual unit marketing and communications plan in collaboration with the Unit General Manager and Regional Marketing Manager.- Coordinate quarterly activity updates and reviews to ensure key plans and activities are identified and visible to all stakeholders.- Manage day-to-day unit marketing and communications activity, including delivering some activities directly and coordinating others in the function.- Provide practical marketing and communications advice and guidance to stakeholders across the unit.- Act as the key contact for all unit marketing and communications support requests and maintain clear communication with key stakeholders.- Build effective relationships with colleagues across other units to support shared priorities and opportunities.- Monitor and report on activity performance and identify opportunities for improvement.- Support the planning and delivery of the units events programme and contribute to awards submissions.- Identify content themes, experts, and news from the unit to maintain a consistent flow of content.- Collaborate with the regional marketing team to develop and deliver key campaign activities for the unit.- Ensure the unit is appropriately represented across core owned channels and relevant third-party platforms.- Assist business development leads in developing and maintaining updated marketing collateral and collaborate with clients on project case studies.- Support the unit leadership teams with thought articles, brand promotion events, and social media advocacy.Qualification Required:- An experienced marketing and communications professional with a track record of supporting and delivering marketing activities.- Understanding of developing key messages and value propositions that resonate with target audiences.- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.- Ability to take ownership of activities and be accountable for delivery and results.- Desire for career flexibility and willingness to discuss flexible working options.- Valid Right to Work (RTW) document in India.(Note: Desired qualifications and benefits package details have been omitted from the Job Description as per the instructions provided) Role Overview:Mott MacDonald, a global engineering, management, and development consultancy, is seeking an experienced marketing professional to support marketing activity across the South Asia business unit.
