Warehouse Operation Manager - Production

Job Description

As an experienced professional with 610 years of relevant experience in Warehouse Operations, preferably in the FMCG/Food industry, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end warehouse operations in Mandya, Karnataka. Your hands-on experience in production and warehouse exposure in Staples and Milk/Dairy categories is mandatory for this role.**Key Responsibilities:**- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including inward, outward, storage, dispatch, and inventory control.- Handle production coordination related to Staples and Milk/Dairy products.- Ensure proper stock rotation, FIFO/FEFO practices, and inventory accuracy.- Monitor daily warehouse productivity, manpower planning, and operational efficiency.- Coordinate with procurement, production, logistics, and store teams for smooth supply chain operations.- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and compliance standards as per company policies.- Ensure proper handling and storage conditions for dairy and perishable products.- Track warehouse KPIs and prepare MIS reports on inventory, dispatch, and wastage.- Lead warehouse audits and ensure adherence to SOPs and statutory requirements.- Manage vendor coordination, transportation planning, and dispatch timelines.**Qualification:**- Any Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred.In this role, you will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in Warehouse & Inventory Management, Production Coordination, Team Handling, SAP / ERP Knowledge, Supply Chain Operations, Dispatch & Logistics Management, and Stock Audit & Compliance.If you are seeking a challenging opportunity in the FMCG/Food industry and possess the required skills and experience, we encourage immediate joiners to apply for this full-time position.
