Position Summary Work closely with the Regional Director to advance the organization-wide mission by developing and implementing its specific objectives, strategies and tactics.Monitoring investigators and updating that to the Supervisor. o Leading Intervention /raid o Be present on FIR making and legal work soon after raid. o Closely monitor and work with advocates PP to transfer girls to good and safe shelter home. o If necessary challenge documents to be verified, if someone claims victims custody. o Keep and build communication with the Superintendent to shelter home. o Coordinate with FF advocates and ask for certified copies whenever necessary that advocate can apply for. o Be present on every case hearing. o Collecting information of every cases from FF advocates and PP. o Networking with different organisations works on legal supports. o Be Aware about summons and dates. o Be sure that rescued girls are gone through every medical examination. o If it is needful approaching high courts to file writ petition. o Make sure that BK/ accuse are arrested on raid. o Make sure that all necessary sections are mentioned in FIR. o Be in touch with local police and IO when they do investigation in particular case. o Apply for brother closer. o Build good relationship with Local police and SSB,
