Our client is a well- known manufacturing company of edible oil based in Rajasthan (Alwar).The major products which it manufactures and markets are Mustard Oil (Kachchi Ghani and Pakki Ghani), Vanaspati Ghee, Refined Soyabean Oil. - Responsible for overall planning of marketing mix i.e. product, price, place promotion. Planning of monthly, half- yearly annual sales targets and projectiles along with strategies. Planning implementation of marketing sales strategies for achieving targets of the entire department. Regular follow- up with the team down line through line management structure. Planning (requirement analysis, designing packaging) implementation of existing new product development. Regular research development for meeting overall sales growth. Exploring developing sales potential in existing new areas. Regular analysis evaluation of modern marketing trends to keep entire domain updated. Time bound market visits for regular feedback mechanism. Maintaining business relationships with clients. Managing entire distribution network available channels. Brand management Analysis, Evaluation, Planning Implementation. Managing promotional mix including various promotional activities such as advertising (print media, electronic media, outdoor transit, online i.e. through websites social networking etc.) sales promotion. Planning implementation of new schemes for increasing sales. Organizing events such as seminars, conferences dealer meets in regular intervals. Planning managing budget for the monthly, half yearly annual tenure for the expenses to be incurred in all type of marketing activities. Close coordination with production packing department for smooth functioning including cross- functional meetings, e- mail telecommunications. Handling sales team their regular training development. Managing the structure of MIS reporting. Providing support assisting management for the overall development of an organization. Desired Candidate: - Candidate should be Graduate MBA(Marketing). Good knowledge of RAJASTHAN MARKET At least 10- 15 years of Experience in Marketing Manager in Edible oil. Good knowledge of promotional activities, export, and packaging Candidate Age: - 40- 50 Years Years of Experience: - 15- 20 Years Place of Posting: - Alwar (Rajasthan ) Salary Range :- 1- 1.5 Lac/ Month Qualification: MBA (Marketing)
