In India, we operate under Streamlined Medical Solutions.We started AR operations in Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar (Aurangabad), India, recently in Aug 2023. Our RCMteam works directly for the hospitals owned by our company, unlike other RCM companies who are third partyvendors. We will be building a big team of AR specialists in India and go on to introduce other functions of RCMlike Coding, Billing, Collections and Payments in the coming months.At Village Health, we put the patient first. We have a workforce of about 1,000 employees across these 4. cities.Objectives of the JobOptimize payments from payers including insurance companies. Help achieve AR functions objectives and goals by keeping the AR aging at the lowest. Continually assist in process and performance improvement of AR function and team, respectively. Exercise Honesty and Integrity in performance and ensure compliance with all regulations.Job Responsibilities Manage AR accounts by ensuring accurate and timely follow-up. Manage the AR process including submission, tracking, and collection of outstanding claims. Investigate claim denials and discrepancies and work closely with insurance companies to resolveissues and resubmit claims. Process appeals and reconsideration requests for denied claims, providing supporting documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional RCM teams like coding and billing to ensure best practices arefollowed to minimize errors and denials. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the medical billing AR function. Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, and company policies.Key skills requirement2 years of experience in medical AR (US Healthcare) Denial management and follow-ups. Very good in English Communication.
