- Responsible for Agency Channel Development - Responsible for recruiting IRD Agents - He would be accountable to source business with the help of such recruited agents - Responsible for proper LOB wise business spread as communicated by organization from time to time. - Responsible for both top line and bottom line growth assigned to him. - Responsible for agency based movement i.e. there are various bands i.e. there are various bands (Class intervals) on the basis of which agents are segregated on the business volume they generate and the candidate would be responsible for the up movement of agents under his parameter. - He would act as a bridge between IRD agent and the company and address and resolve any grievances of agents and customers. - He would be regularly collecting market intelligence of his area and share with his superior ,
