  • Branch Sales Manager is a part of the Sales Team of the Retail Liabilities division of Consumer bank. This vertical specializes in acquiring/sourcing/expanding for Retail Liability products (CASA) and meet the Value, Volume and channel Productivity and also Responsible for Achieving cross sell Products like Insurance, Mutual Funds, Online Trading , Demat Accounts etc.
  • Manages 1 branch with the Assistant Acquisition Managers (AAMs) of this branch reporting into him.
  • Ensure the audit score card for the team is in place.
  • Accountable for the achieving sales channel targets of the branch being managed by him/her.
  • Motivate Team to Achieve Individual Targets of the AAM SOP and responsible for overall Targets Achievement of the Team.
  • Plan and conduct sales campaigns and focusses on optimizing the number of Leads and referrals for boosting sales prospects.
  • Handle customer queries, conducts checks on the account opening form details and tracks the same in coordination with operations team in a branch.
