Job Description

Urgently require candidates for Head R&D for solar control film division of a leading manufacturer of polyester and solar control films.Location : AurangabadJob description:

Research and experience in development of Synthetic polymers, Rheology, structure-property function relationship.
Experience in technology transfer, Scale up of process and product development, problem solving.
Instrument handling skills of UV Spectrophotometer FTIR,, DSC and TGA.
Educational qualification should be Post Graduation or Doctorate in Polymer science related field. (Preferred in Textile/paint industries)
Awareness of current developments.
Initiative for new product development.
Ability for capability building new technology platforms / skilled areas through collaborative efforts.
Contribution in patents.
Should have strong innovation track record to generate industrial solutions and valuable intellectual property.
Development of adhesives, Synthesis, Nano particles and Dyes.
Expertise in Lamination techniques and sputtering physics, multilayer coatings etc.
Expertise in Thermo setting and Thermo plastics Polymers
