Dear Sir,We Have An Urgent Opening for the position of Factory Manager , at Goa LocationHead Office: Kanjurmarg, MumbaiThe organization is into Mechanical /Engineering turnkey projects in India & Abroad. Piping, Structural, Storage Tanks, Oil & Gas projects.Experience :- 6 to 8 yearsJOB DESCRIPTIONWorks managers have vital roles and are also known as commercial operation managers. Their duties vary from supervising the entire unit of workers to overseeing plant operations. Their typical job responsibilities are ensuring that safety and quality control issues of the Manufacturing are carried out perfectly by industry standards. Also, they supervise factory or plant operations along with a technical team. Responsible for the overall organization, management direction and control of all factory functional departments and to ensure that Manufacturing output meets set quality and forecast requirements.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

  • Factory managers have to plan Manufacturing activities, Manufacturing meetings, machine maintaining schedules, worker schedules, and budget maintenance schedules, training and quality of products.
  • The whole industrial Manufacturing has to be managed by factory managers, or they have to take care of all the features associated with a particular plant department. The safety measures have to be followed.
  • If there are any quality-related issues, the factory managers have to find out the reason and ensure that it is not repeated.
  • A factory manager has to collaborate and meet with other managers. Liaison with the financial department is of much significance.
  • Ensure that receiving and shipping schedules are followed accurately
  • See to it that the workers always abide by the safety rules associated with the industry.
  • They need to attend scheduled corporate meetings and training.
  • Conduct performance reviews of employees.
  • Drive profitability, create, implement and manage business strategies to achieve the Companys objectives and to provide continual stimulus to its growth and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in all areas of operations.
  • Instill amongst all employees Dynas Vision, Mission, Culture and Quality Objectives.
  • Ensure total quality management to meet and exceed customers requirements.
  • Develop and oversee budgets, plans, and programs to ensure the optimum utilization of available equipment, space, facility and human resource necessary to attain manufacturing objectives.
  • Optimize Manufacturing capacity in relation to finished goods inventory requirements.
  • Assure minimal back-order status and adequate service levels through close liaison among marketing, Production, store and materials personnel.
  • Assure the desired level of product quality.
  • Assure maintenance of product standards through vigilant administration of high manufacturing standards, employee awareness and training programs, adherence to the high level of housekeeping standards etc.
  • Assure competency and continuity of managerial and specialized personnel are fully capable of achieving management and manufacturing objectives through training and motivation.
  • Develop a strategic vision for operations direction and performance requirements to align with the Companys mission and objectives.
  • Perform any other related duties as Management may require from time to time.
AUTHORITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Formulate, develop and implement policies and action plans to maximize production
  • Provide positive employee relations to ensure the achievement of productivity objectives and maintenance of high morale at all levels within the workforce.
  • Critically review and monitor operating results and to specifically update and recommend to Management on issues affecting Quality and Profitability.
  • Develop and prioritize tactical plans to assure achievement of factory operational goals. Implement and establish the IMS based on ISO 9001. ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001
