Required Experience To plan, implement, and execute strategies to grow sales of current and new products in existing and new markets to contribute to the organizational profitabilityIdentify and convert new opportunities for business conversionConduct trials for all established productsEnsure exceptional business through upgraded productsManage complaints and feedback from end to end, from root cause analysis and study to recommendation of corrective actionsTrain Dealers and Dealer engineers on the job / Customers on safety and technical seminars, responsible for statutory forms and maintaining close relationship at all levelsMarket Intelligence - Gather information from market on Competition activity, Market mapping & Competition pricingManagement of Receivables - Ensure collections as per the credit policy, maintain quality of receivablesComply with all relevant laws and regulations - competition law, India Code of Conduct, SG Principles, EHS guidelines and statutory regulations
