Quality department Quality control nd assurance. Hands on Experince in Quality AssuranceFunctions like Incoming,In-Process,Final Product Quality.Ensure product quality.Indentified new gauges for reduced inspection time and increased accuarcy.Inspection and study of failure parts by Root Cause Analysis,Handling Customer Complain and Make All Document &Records and Customer.Timely Preparation and updating Documet like check Sheet etc.as per customer complaints & improvements.Responsible for Monitoring PPM LEVEL of in-Proces Rejection by Trend Chart.Responsible for Attending Problem Tacking Corrective And Preventive Action & Monitoring the Effectiveness of that Problem.Preparations of Work instruction,visual display,SOP.Follow Up With Supplier For Quality Related Issue.Conduct Daily Quality Meeting For Line Rejection And Customer Complaint.Indentify the Quality improvement areas in operation & initate quality standards & subsequently contributing to reduce the rejection and customer complaints by using different type of statistical tool and techniques like KAIZEN,POKAYOKA,5 S + SAFTY = 6 S , 7 QC TOOLS ,SPC ,visual display.
