Job Description

Meet/exceed the sales expectations in the give Territory. Achieve value volume growth of products and establish good customer relations. Implement the Sales and Marketing plan/ schemes for various products for the Territory to get the sales. Value addition to company s image. Make timely collections for the sales done. 1. Develop customers to achieve maximum sales. Implement activities to sell Alcon products in the market.

2. Ensure to timely completion of daily work reports.

3. Constantly provide feedback on the market information to develop edge over competitor.

4. Effectively manage territory development. Make sure that the out standings are collected on time to complete the sales.

5. Collaborate with Tech Service team to provide after - sales service to customers.

6. Work in the OR to constantly promote Alcon products

7. Ensure that the minimum daily call criteria are met. Implement the pricing strategy/policy/Discounts to meet the sales target.

8 Regular reporting in SALSA. To maintain the desired call average per month and fre-quency of calls to be done as expected with respect to Dual Ranking of Customers. Call objectives should be managed to give focus on various Products as planned.POA Tagging implementing /Samples utilization reporting in SALSA.

9 Ensure to work closely with IS for generation equipment lead list/Follow up for demo/monitoring of IOL CMA compliance. Take support of IOL specialist for development of AT IOL`s business in the area.

10 Utilize all Marketing resources like/Product literatures/tools/patient aid literature/posters/ in the field. Ensure to attend maximum of your customer to ACT/ART/RTM/CME with maximum ROI by increasing sales customer conversion.

Minimum requirements

First class Science / Engineering Degree Proficient in English Minimum of 4 years selling experience in Pharma Industry. Sales experience in Medical Devices industry will be preferred and advantage.
