Job Description

    As a CAD RC Detailer specialized in high rise buildings, you will play a critical role in creating accurate and detailed drawings for reinforced concrete high rise structures. Your expertise in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software will be essential in producing construction-ready plans that adhere to engineering standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
    • Responsibilities:
    RCC Structure Detailing: Generate precise and comprehensive drawings for reinforced concrete building components, such as Pad foundation, Pile cap, Core Pile cap, Mat foundation, Capping beams, Flat slab, Core Walls, Retaining walls, Floor Beams, Transfer Beams, Columns and other structural elements, ensuring compliance with design requirements. Drawing, developing plans, developing details, following checking and self-checking process, issuing drawings to internal and external clients, and managing electronic information.
    • CAD Software Proficiency:
    Utilize CAD software, including specialized building detailing tools like Auto Cad and CADS RC.
    • Compliance and Quality Assurance:
    Review and verify drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant industry codes, bridge design standards, and safety guidelines.
    • Collaboration:
    Collaborate with structural designers, Architectural and other team members to resolve detailing challenges and ensure seamless integration of all components.
    • Communication:
    Effectively communicate with the project team, providing regular progress updates, discussing technical aspects, and addressing any concerns related to the detailing.
    • Continuous Learning:
    Stay abreast of industry developments, new CAD tools, and emerging trends in detailing.
    • Candidate Specification:
    Conversant with UK Detailing guidelines (BS 8hidden_mobile, 8hidden_mobile & EC2.) Minimum 2 - 6 years of experience in the field of High rise building detailing Deliver projects in accordance with quality & timescale.
    • Educational Background:
    A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related fields is preferred. However, substantial experience and specializedtraining in detailing using CAD software will also be considered.
    • CAD Proficiency:
    Demonstrated expertise in using CAD software, particularly with a focus on detailing tools, is essential. Proficiency in CADs RC, Auto CAD, etc.
    • Attention to Detail:
    A keen eye for detail and precision in creating accurate drawings.
    • Communication Skills:
