To supervise all engineering service of vaccine manufacturing facility. Responsible for all breakdowns related to instrumentation, Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Standards, cGMP Techniques. Work for maintenance team on specific maintenance with instrumentation expertise. Responsible for compliances related to calibration and instrumentation. Adhere to current technologies, cGMP. To facilitate the instrument audits. Responsible for QMS compliance related to Engineering. To ensure the smooth functioning of PLC & HMI. Implementation of cost Improvement. Daily interaction with production/QC/WH Department to meet Zero Breakdown maintenance. Daily Interaction and Discussion with QA Department to meet all relevant Document Update and compliance. Responsibility for the smooth running of the utility equipment/Machinery. To facilitate and face the internal and external inspection & audits for engineering department. Any job activity assigned by HOD.Competencies Must have in depth knowledge in injection/sterile formulation engineering functions. Should be smart thinker, innovative, flexible, motivator, and team leader. Must have exposure to USFDA & WHO Geneva PQ audits. Should be good in Man Management.
