Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities :The team is responsible for designing the best-in-class retail 3D elements, creatives for Marketing promotional materials, advertising, Social Media & Digital banners with the Goal to deliver intuitive and compelling designs. The 3D Visual Designer must have strong intrinsic design ability, typographic skills, attention to detail, and web expertise with the ability to manage multiple projects and handle volumes of creative work.The expectation is to execute design projects, deliver them with a clear creative direction and pixel perfection. The designs should be cohesive, on-brand and incorporate best practices keeping in line with the current design trends. The designer should be able to independently manage the own work queue, handle end-to-end design processes, related tools and proactively engage managers and stakeholders when needed.The designer should also seek opportunities to improve existing designs, explore solutions that require creativity while meeting deadlines and communicate the needs and trade-offs if a project is at risk.Core Skills :- Presenting concept visualization through sketches, drawings and illustrations- Integrating technical and visual solutions into a design concept using 3D & graphic design software- Strong design skills, Layout skills, Creativity- Generate clear ideas, concepts and designs of creative assets from beginning to end- Translate business requirements, user needs, technical requirements into designs that are visually enticing, easy to use, and emotionally engaging.- Experience of managing and developing a visual brand and working within brand guidelines,
