Job Description

    Position: Admission/Academic Counselor - Tele CallingRoles and Responsibilities:
    • Enrolling students for Bachelors or Masters Degree programme from reputed University (JAIN Online)
    • Handling Inbound and Outbound calls, follow up on Enquiry and database
    • Meet and exceed sales target set by the organization
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with future prospects
    • Explaining eligibility criteria, admission procedures, course structure, course details
    • Maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received
    Qualification Required: Any BachelorsSkill set required:
    • Interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Prior experience working as a tele caller or in a similar role
    • Knowledgeable with computers
    • Ability to change the communication style on unusual events
    • Excellent interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills
    • Having the capability to receive critics without internalizing them
    Preferred Experience: 2 YearsPreferred Languages: English, Kannada and Hindi (Telugu and Tamil Optional)Working days: Monday to Saturday (10AM to 7PM)
