Candidate should have prior experience in counseling students/education industry.Responsible for tele-calling, counseling students and parents, providing details about courses on offer and enroll them.Effective follow up with the prospects on a regular basis and convert them to admissions.Tracking prospective candidates via telephone calls and emails. No hesitation in phone calling is a pre-requisite.Knowledge of strengths and USPs of the courses, curriculum details, overview of competitors, admission policies is mandatory.Ability to effectively conduct presentation will be preferred.Resolving all academic and non-academic queries and grievances of students and parents.Handling the Student Admission procedure and related activities.Handling online chat sessions with prospective student through web chat facility.Assist team in organizing Seminars, Workshops, Guest Lecture, Career Development programs.Maintaining database of all admission related calls, maintain MIS and prepare reports.Desired Candidate ProfileCandidates must have pleasing personality and people skills. Excellent customer service skills are a must.Candidates with marketing acumen, sense of business growth strategies and flair for counseling are preferred.Superior written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi is must.Enthusiastic individual with discipline and professional approach with high level of work ethics.
