DBSOM Bangalore being self-financed has its own state of the art Infrastructure and provides everything, that a management student would need in his journey for a successful Education and Career.We are happy to inform that we are hiring for the post of Academic Counselor for our organization.Designation: Academic CounselorExperience: 0 - 4 yrs.Location: Bangalore (Jayanagar 5th block)Working hours: 09:30 AM to 6:30 PMWorking days: Monday to SaturdayRoles and Responsibilities: -

  • Calling prospect candidates and make them aware of the program details.
  • To follow-up with the candidates and convince them for seeking admission to the respective courses offered by the institution.
  • Council the prospect candidates and explain them the career synergy related to their prior educational qualification.
  • Explain the admission process to the prospective candidates and their family member/ loan guarantors related to loan documents.
Skills/Requirements: -
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good convincing and listening skills with presentable voice.
  • 2-year experience in Academic Counselor/KPO/BPO (Voice) towards sales.
  • Minimum 1-year experience in educational institute/ coaching classes/ online educational institute.
  • Languages Known - English, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil.
