  • Providing subject matter expertise on People matters to the xLoS AC People teams on various human capital strategies, policies, and business processes;
  • Leading human capital projects and initiatives related but not limited to credentialing, job leveling, talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation, global mobility, diversity and inclusion and others as assigned;
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously with varying levels of complexity including identifying and managing risk, identifying and implementing solutions, and successful delivery against deadlines;
  • Ability to share and use technology for process efficiency gains and to provide innovative solutions;
  • Leading self and others to accomplish project goals and deliverables on time;
  • Demonstrating ability to influence xLoS Leadership to determine and meet business objectives;
  • Developing strategy as well as writing, communicating, facilitating and presenting cogently to and/or for all levels of leadership and staff, which includes results reporting, facilitating problem resolution;
