    Account Based Marketing Manager - Latin AmericaPosting Location : Location AR-RemotePosting date 1 week ago(10/18/2022 8:26 AM)Job ID 97168Workday ID R-028614 About the job The Red Hat Marketing team is looking for an Account-based Marketing (ABM) Manager to join us in Colombia, Argentina or Mexico.You will join our ABM and Vertical Marketing team for Latin America. In this role, you will focus on creating personalized content and delivering targeted initiatives to foster deeper relationships within specific strategic accounts by working in close alignment with sales and marketing teams. Youll play a critical role in our lead demand generation efforts by building and implementing inbound and outbound marketing campaigns through multiple marketing channels. What you will do
      • Understand specific challenges of named accounts, discover the decision-making process and key personas in the organization
      • Manage and promote an editorial calendar of content and marketing assets that align with the customer journey and sales buying stages, and support the GTM plan for assigned ABM accounts
      • Deploy ready-to-implement marketing tactics and provide sales enablement on an account and industry basis using various channels including digital, events, and social media
      • Develop and maintain comprehensive account profiles and target personas; oversee a database of named contacts to align marketing and sales in defining the target audience required to achieve account goals
      • Work with sales to identify gaps in key personas and contact information within strategic accounts; develop data and insight strategy to add key personas and contacts within accounts
      • Collaborate with the global Account-based Marketing program team, to create and gain consensus for cross-portfolio GTM plans and marketing plays in alignment with strategic product mandates and sales directives
      • Analyze metrics and reports to determine effectiveness of program activities and integrated cloud content consumption
      • Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes
    What you will bring
      • 5+ years of named or account-based marketing experience in high tech, financial services industry, telecommunications, or government
      • Experience in building and implementing enterprise account and account based marketing programs; experience with financial services, telecommunications, or other industry marketing is a plus
      • Understanding of cloud and emerging technologies with the capability to integrate into programs that deliver on sales and product objectives
      • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English; Portuguese is a plus
      • Solid writing and presentation skills to translate detailed content into impactful go-to-market materials, including web, email, and social media content
      • Successful direct and digital marketing campaign and social media planning and implementation experience
      • Demonstrated ability to achieve practical results while working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams
      • Solid project management, planning, and organizational skills with attention to detail
      • Ability to take initiative and deliver projects with minimal direct supervision
      • Goal-oriented, with the ability to work in a team and maintain focus on customers
      • Ability to keep an eye on details and follow through on complex projects
      • Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is a plus
