Job Description

    Account Manager SalesLocation:BangaloreExperience:2 to 4 YearsWe are looking for a proactive and customer-focusedAccount Managerto manage client relationships, drive account growth, and ensure high customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities
    • Manage and nurture assigned client accounts.
    • Build strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
    • Attend client meetings to understand business needs, provide updates, and strengthen partnerships.
    • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
    • Ensure timely renewals and customer retention.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer support.
    • Achieve assigned revenue and account growth targets.
    Requirements
    • Bachelors degree in any discipline.
    • 2 to 4 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Business Development.
    • Willingness to travel for client meetings within the assigned region.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
    • Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage.
