As an Account Manager with Amazon business you will have the exciting opportunity to help shape and deliver on a strategy to enable broad use of Amazon.in/business by small/medium resellers and Medium enterprises in India in multiple categories, and play a key role in building the sales across different channels.To be successful in this role you will have superior communication, presentation and organizational skills. He/she will have a keen sense of ownership, drive, and desire to win!Responsibilities- Serve as an Account Manager in the 3P B2B team.- Partner with sales & AM teams to identify key seller relationships and establish and build strong, profitable, long-term relationships with strategic partners who may be key regional brands and sellers.- Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals- Managing and driving the growth of the seller s business: Build and execute on a strategic account plan that delivers on key business opportunities for the seller and Amazon.- Manager Strategic Seller/Brand partners, communicate the specific value proposition for their business and establish long-term, successful partnerships.- Managing key improvement initiatives and projects: Drive new Seller Experience (SX) product feature launches by partnering with the business development, product and program teams.- Work with sellers to improve operational aspects of their business in providing a great consumer experience.- Analyze sales operations and performance, identify and implement necessary changes with a high degree of autonomy.- Work with category teams to create & prioritize selection acquisition.Basic Qualifications- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically. Adept at making data-driven decisions.- Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment.- Should be able to contribute both as an individual contributor and as leader of people.- Collaborative working style. Must work well in a team environment., - 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically. Adept at making data-driven decisions.- Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment.- Should be able to contribute both as an individual contributor and as leader of people.Collaborative working style. Must work well in a team environment - MBA preferred- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.- Experience with Sales & Account Management in e-commerce or high end retail/financial institutions is a plus- Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage tradeoffs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners.
