RESPONSIBILITIES: Gain a clear understanding of client requirements and should be able to articulate client requirements to the internal team. Work with creative and other departments for designing of collaterals Work with production team to ensure the smooth execution of final Design. Be involved in the Event to ensure smooth and timely execution till the end. Coordinate& follow-up with Clients. Develop familiarity with and adherence to agency procedures and policies. Demonstrate inclination to develop in-depth expertise in client s business and markets. SKILLS, ABILITIES and BACKGROUND: Bachelor s/ Master s Degree with major/ minor in Event Management/ Advertising/ Communication/ Marketing Minimum 4 years experience in an event management firm. Experience of working with all kinds of BTL activities desired. Have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, be well-organized and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
