Account Manager - MarketOne Marketing Automation, Telemarketing, Digital Marketing At our vibrant MarketOne office located in the CBD, weve created a fun and social environment where we thrive on a challenge and put our people first. As a MarketOne Account Manager, you will have direct impact on the success of our clients and their adoption of marketing automation, telemarketing, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate brings strong digital marketing skills coupled with a deep knowledge of email marketing as well as a proven track record of managing client relationships within an agency. Proactive, focused, organised, adaptable, and a person that gets things done Fun, social, team player with great relationship building skills and a natural passion to learn Analytical, tech savvy, goal oriented and a natural problem solver Be responsible for managing the client relationship through effective communication, problem solving, and campaign optimisation Take client requirements and project manage delivery of all requirements Train and manage international resources on the delivery of programs Identify new projects within allocated accounts and create opportunities to grow accounts Take a proactive approach to account management and develop deep client relationships Maintain at the forefront of industry trends and take a lead on educating the client Prepare client documents, reports, meeting action plans, and account plans Be able to translate email and digital marketing metrics into actionable tactics Identify campaign optimisation opportunities and provide recommendations to clients Have excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities Be able to juggle competing demands from clients and the agency Have a proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, without compromising your amazing attention to detail and wide smile You must have: 3+ years experience in Digital Agency or automation role with direct client management experience Strong understanding of the complete spectrum of Digital Marketing Working knowledge of an marketing automation platform (MAP), preferable Eloqua or Marketo Exposure to CRM platforms, preferable Salesforce.com Understating of HTML and a creative flare (UX) Knowledge of industry best practice Outstanding verbal, written, and phone communication skills Passion for the industry and keen interest to grow with the agency If this sounds like you, apply now as role is available for immediate start!
