Job Description

    • Maintenance of day-to-day accounting, book keeping.
    • Keeping all the records w.r.t Bank Statements, Procurements, Expenses etc on daily basis.
    • Maintenance of payroll records including maintaining attendance register of employees.
    • Ensuring Procurement Controls thru out PR to Pay Cycle as per the companys policies and processes and R2R accounting.
    • Ensuring Warehouse and Inventory Controls at Plant at Various Stages of Production.
    • Accounting including accounting for Indirect-taxes viz. Excise, Custom, GST and related compliance to maintain specified records as per the relevant law.
    • Working Capital Management Viz. Review and Control of Collection from Debtors, Payment Terms with Creditors, Inventory Levels/Turnover and Loans and Advances.
    • Cash flow forecasting and review with relevant stakeholders and functional heads.
    • Provide periodic reporting packages (MIS), including comparative reports of operating results and financial position with variance explanations in line with company requirements.
    • Passion for driving continuous improvement with clear evidence of same in professional or business background
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required given diverse nature of operating landscape
    • Provide periodic report to consultants for filing Statutory returns as per applicable statues.
