Job Description

    Job Title: Accountant Professional Training and Coaching - BangalorePurpose of the Job Role:The primary role is to create and review financial records to ensure that the information is up-to-date and accurate. To focus on specific areas such as book-keeping, accountsreconciliation, taxation or focus on more specific areas of a companys finance department.Job Responsibilities:
    • Generate invoices, bookkeeping of expenses and capital assets
    • Credit control Generate credit balance statements and follow up for the same
    • business teams
    • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities including
    • reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts, coordination and completion of
    • day-to-day accounting reconciliation with the team.
    • Perform TDS calculations, GST Payments and Return filing (E-filing).
    • Answer the queries raised by auditors during finalization of accounts.
    • Perform financial calculations such as amounts due, interest charges, balances,
    • discounts, equity, and principal.
    • Reconcile bank transactions records, prepare book trial balances, and transfer
    • details from separate journals to general ledgers and/or data processing sheets.
    • Coordinating with auditors to finalize the balance sheet and Income & Expenditure.
    Key Skills:Key Skills: Good Knowledge of MS Excel Strong mathematical and analytical skills. Excellent oral and written communication skillsMandatory: Proficiency in Tally accounting software. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. GST. TDS, working and payments. AuditingIndustry: OpenGender: OpenExperience: 4-5 years. At least 4 years experience in accounting in an accounting firm or consulting firm with ability to handle all aspects of accounts independently.Job Location: Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore (Head Office)Reporting to: Managing DirectorWorking Days: Mon to Fri 9 AM 6 PM (IST)Qualification: Bachelors degree in accounting or finance required.
