You would be working in a very hands- on fashion deeply in the following areas- Accounting, Direct Taxes, Legal Compliance and FPA.Role ResponsibilitiesResponsible for maintenance of accounts (including Disbursements, Donations, Payroll Reimbursements)Preparation of Tax returns and submissionsCompliance (PF, PT, TDS, FCRA etc)Understand end to end accounting process of the Foundation and suggest improvementsRole Requirement2+ years of finance/ accounting experience in start- ups/ corporatesCA/ CS/ CWA student/ B.Com. graduateWant to contribute, serve and do impactful work for the societyWant to work with one of the best non- profit/ startup teams of IndiaHave a broad and deep role canvas which allows you an opportunity to create value through- out the finance spectrumEnjoy working in a fast- paced environment and don t mind stretching at work,
