We are looking for an organised, responsible and diligent person to manage client relationships. The person must be passionate about Mental Health and should possess great oral and written communication skills. Responsibilities Maintaining client relationships for ensuring great feedback from clients, resulting in renewals and upgradation of existing contracts. Managing a team of account managers for handling clients (corporates and colleges). Ideating and executing creative campaigns for increasing awareness about Mental Health and YourDOST engagement at client s premises (through online and offline modes). Analysing performance and preparing reports for presenting to the client. 5+ yrs of work - experience in client- facing roles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English). Ability to come up with creative online and offline campaigns for spreading awareness around Mental Health.,
