Job Description

    Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including: Accounts payable/receivable, Track outgoing payments, General ledger, Payroll and utilities Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings Ensure timely bank payments, budgeting, Bank reconciliations, Reconcile statements and payment records, Account Finalizations TDS,GST payments and filing Income Tax Operations Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles Coordinate and complete annual audits Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy Meet financial accounting objectives Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactionsCandidate preference : B.Com/ M.Com Graduates with min 3 years of experience or Chartered Accountant with min 1 year exp wanted. Must have Tally ERP- 9/ Prime experience. Candidates with good experience in journal entries Strong Ethics, Multitasking, self-discipline, team player and ability to manage deadlines. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong Experience with MS Suite. Candidate having experience in GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, payroll,Salary not a constraint for the right candidateNORTH INDIANS, WILLING TO RELOCATE TO BANGALORE WILL BE GIVEN FIRST PREFERENCE.
