As a Risk Analytics professional in the Fraud and Risk Analytics Team you will support financial services businesses from around the world in achieving their expected return targets while managing risks and complying with regulatory requirements in the most cost-effective manner. We have the breadth of risk analytics experience global resources best-in-class analytical tools and frameworks and superior assets to help our clients become high-performing financial services businesses.##As a Manager you will be responsible for: #1. Lead client engagements that may involve a variety of model build validation governance implementation and end to end delivery of risk management solutions for Accenture s clients. #2. Identifying business development opportunities for our Analytics offerings that are aligned with client agendas and develop compelling business case or response to new business opportunities.#3. Support development of Fraud and Risk Analytics practice through activities like staffing quality management recruitment capability development knowledge management etc. #4. Developing trusted senior level relationships with clients target clients and internal experts qualifying opportunities and negotiating complex solutions. #5. Facilitating stakeholder engagement programs##At least eight years of risk analytics experience at one or more Financial Services organization with significant amount of project management skills in one or more of the following areas:# Model Validation# Stress testing# Risk Analytics for Commercial banking# Risk Analytics for Capital Markets#Experience across different verticals in the risk analytics domain preferred#Experience in Management Consulting and exposure to Western Markets preferred#Experience in people management client management project management is considered necessary# Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time. Transferable work permit for countries like US UK etc. preferred#7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ##Key Competencies and Characteristics:##1. Strong understanding of financial instruments and risk regulatory framework of one or more of the major economies across globe .i.e. US UK EU etc. #2. Knowledge of Basel II or III principles and practice Dodd Frank ICAAP CCAR etc.#3. Proficiency required in one or more of analytical tools such as SAS R SQL Excel or VBA Matlab C++. Strong database skills preferred#4. Knowledge of tools or vendor products such as Bloomberg Reuters Murex QRM RiskMetrics etc preferred,
