Job Description

    Academic Counselor (UG & PG Courses)Position: Academic CounselorLocation: HSR Layout / JiganiEmployment Type: Full-TimeSalary: Competitive, commensurate with experience---Role Overview: As an Academic Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journeys of prospective students. By providing guidance and support, you will help students explore undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) programs, assisting them in making informed decisions about their future. Your goal will be to ensure a seamless admissions process while achieving enrollment objectives.---Key Responsibilities:
    1. Student Counselling:
    - Interact with prospective students and their families through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to explain UG and PG programs, eligibility criteria, and career prospects.- Understand student aspirations to recommend programs aligned with their goals.
    1. Admissions Assistance:
    - Guide students through the application process, including form completion, document submission, and deadline adherence.- Address and resolve queries to ensure clarity and confidence in the admissions journey.
    1. Relationship Building:
    - Build rapport with students and families to establish trust and ensure a positive experience.- Follow up consistently to nurture inquiries and drive enrollments.
    1. Market Expertise:
    - Stay updated on academic programs, affiliations, scholarships, and industry trends to offer accurate and insightful advice.- Represent the institution at education fairs, open houses, and promotional events.
    1. Collaboration:
    - Work closely with admissions, marketing, and other teams to develop and execute effective enrollment strategies.- Provide feedback and insights to enhance counseling effectiveness.
    1. Data Management:
    - Maintain accurate records of all student interactions, follow-ups, and admissions progress using CRM tools.- Generate periodic reports on counseling activities and enrollment performance.---Qualifications: -Education: Bachelors degree in any field (MBA or equivalent qualification preferred).-Experience: 13 years in academic counseling, admissions, sales, or a related field.-Skills: - Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to convert inquiries into successful enrollments.Call Vimal @ hidden_mobile
