Come prepared to be encouraged and inspired.What Youll Do Cisco Advanced Analytics team in Growth Marketing is looking for Analytics Translator eager to provide the analytics translation muscle for Machine Learning Development, Deployment and Integration into the business.You will be responsible for:

  • Working with an Analytics Translation leader to participate in launching new analytics initiatives, teach the analytics activations teams about our data products, engage with senior business stakeholders and build a feedback loop back into the advanced analytics team of engineers, modelers, ML operations and business process automation.
  • You will look after and supervise the adoption of our data products throughout their lifecycle and define processes that scale and impact.
  • You will be the frontline, vetting incoming requests from stakeholders, and put together, partnering, and collaborating with teams that can deliver in time and on quality.
  • You will lead or participate in solving challenges with creativity, passion and persistence.
Who Youll Work With
  • You will report to a manager within Analytics Translation and work directly with the Advanced Analytics team.
  • You will work closely with Business Stakeholders, Modelers, Data Engineers, Analysts, Activation Managers as well as IT.

You like working with data products, Machine Learning and AI and love getting the business to adopt these data products and insights and become successful.We believe you are:
  • Communicator: you have an entrepreneurial attitude, self-starter that have the enthusiasm and energy to navigate technical, business and organizational roadblocks that can emerge from bringing AI and ML data products into the fabric of the business.
  • Project management: Ability to understand and advise an analytics initiative from ideation to production and adoption both strategically and operationally. Ability to understand the lifecycle of data products and analytics initiative and common pitfalls.
  • Interested and fluent in the domains of business marketing, sales and customer experience, with an ability to articulate and understand the key drivers on profit, loss, revenue, customer retention and customer experience.
  • Knowledge or experience with leading or participating in developing common use cases within marketing, sales, and customer experience domains.
  • General technical proficiency with experience in quantitative analytics, or structured problem solving.
  • Experience in communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
  • Proven success in communicating and collaborating with data product users, analytics teams, and management to collect requirements, describe data modeling decisions and data engineering strategy.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • BS/MS in Computer Science/Engineering or BS/MS in Business, Economics or Marketing.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Analytics, Advanced Analytics, Business Economics or Marketing or similar roles.
