Job Description

  • Laisse with Internal teams, stakeholders and customers to oversee projects from initiation to closure phase
  • Work as the Delivery Owner of the group to ensure projects are validated correctly and are assigned to the respective Project Managers
  • Be responsible for the delivery and daily management of activities by all the project managers
  • Provide assistance to the team on Project lifecycle activities, with key focus on revenue recognition/invoicing issues
  • Report quarterly revenue information and monthly utilization data to management and stakeholders
  • Provide regular update on the status of all projects overseen by the team. To close out open issues on priority
  • Look out for potential future opportunities for the group and to communicate them to the management
  • Be responsible for exploring potential Automation opportunities to enhance the efficiency of the team

  • 8+ years of working knowledge on Project life cycle activities across VMware and Pivotal portfolios
  • Knowledge on invoicing partner and customer invoices
  • Hands on knowledge on SAP and Ariba Application
  • Hands on knowledge on Lightspeed and RevStar
  • Problem solving and conflict resolution skills, while working with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience providing direction and guidance to team members while making recommendations to management
  • Ability to Research and provide necessary inputs for process changes and improvement
  • Flexibility of working in shifts 24x5
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
