Dell is technology partner to the Health Ministry for Ayushman Bharat, Health & Wellness Centers. Our tech platform, Digital Lifecare with mobile, cloud and analytics apps powers the non-communicable diseases management program.Every individual over 30 will be preventively screened for hypertension, diabetes, and common cancers and the program will eventually cover 500 million people. It s a Dell CSR social impact initiative deployed currently in 15+ states through healthworkers and doctors. We work with a rich ecosystem of partners like NHSRC, AIIMS, WHO, ICMR, Tata Trusts and Harvard University.This is a truly unique initiative that will create tremendous impact in the country by solving issues that matter to people. Are you interested in using your technology skills to make a tangible difference to the lives of millions Experience in complex, highly scalable projects, fast-paced, start-up style environment, alignment with vision and passion for driving impactful, national change a must.The platform has an open, scalable architecture and the tech stack includes native android, web apps, microservices, containers, Spring stack, MySQL, Elastic Search, Angular JS 6 etc.Project links: Dell , Press Location Bangalore.Summary of PositionWe are looking for a dynamic individual with a healthcare IT background and strong BA experience for the role of Health Analyst in our team.We re designing apps for Government health staff; it includes android apps for healthworkers in rural areas in regional languages, web apps for doctors in rural clinics, and dashboards for health officials. You will work with Government and related stakeholders, shaping product innovation for better population health outcomes.Your role includes:

• Define product strategy and roadmap. Communicate a clear roadmap to all stakeholders.
• Translate high level inputs into clear requirements by engaging actively with required stakeholders. You will provide timely clarifications on requirements over the course of the project lifecycle
• Responsible for doing demos, training for customers, supporting customers and resolving issues
• Liaise with users to get feedback on product features and usability.
• Coordinate with research partners on studies and workshops.

• Collaborate with Design team to optimize the workflow for a great user experience
• Write concise technical documentation

Skills and Experience: The ideal candidate will have a blend of healthcare, product management, basic technology and solution deployment skills.

• A degree in IT, CS, Biomedical engineering or Healthcare IT with at least 6+ years of overall experience.
• A strong passion for innovations that matter to society; appetite to work on a nation-scale project.
• Experience in the medical domain with a good understanding of Government health ecosystem a plus
• Demonstrated success and expertise in defining and successfully deploying healthcare IT applications.
• Exposure to modern IT trends and capabilities such as mobile, cloud, devops and data analytics.
• An entrepreneurial attitude; must be a good fit in a startup style environment
• Keen attention to detail and ability to work with user interface designers and usability experts.
• Creative, innovative and out-of-the-box thinking
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
