Candidate must be well versed with Court Procedure regarding filing of cases, inspections of records, getting CC, Court fees and other elementary works. On occasions, the candidate may be required to attend to elementary Court Work before the benches. An experience of at least 1 year post qualification would be desirable.The Candidate must have knowledge of drafting simple applications/ memos etc that are required to be filed in the Court. The Candidate must have sufficient exposure/knowledge for on-line research on various legal subjects/ topics as required by Seniors. Capacity for preparing legal articles/ briefs will be desirable. The Candidate must have good knowledge to independently work on computers and related equipments like printers, scanners etc. The Candidate should be able to type out applications/ petitions etc as per standard Court formats, have knowledge of preparing table etc.The candidate must be able to handle and maintain files/ documents as per procedures and have elementary knowledge of Kannada.
