Job Description

    Location: Mumbai & Hyderabad(Hybrid-2 days from office)Key Responsibilities:- Provide advanced technical support for Kellanovas Xtel application, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.- Monitor application performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.- Lead the deployment of updates, patches, and new features, ensuring compatibility and stability.- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices for application support.- Document processes, solutions, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.Required Skills and Experience:- Extensive experience in application support, preferably 3-5 years, with Kantars Xtel or similar platforms.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.- Proficiency in relevant tools.- Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and team members effectively.- A proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues before they escalate.Preferred Qualifications:- Familiarity with Kantars Xtel application and its functionalities.- Experience in a leadership or mentoring role within a technical team.- Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies.
